Peggy Sue’s Dry Gin is handcrafted in copper stills using our own carefully developed recipe. We’ve handpicked botanicals that deliver a distinctive flavour profile. Which results in a wonderfully flavoursome G&T and makes our PS cocktails totally unique.
 
Signature botanicals include pear - the fruit of Worcestershire, from where Peggy Sue’s originated - baked poppy seed, Sichuan pepper, orange and lemon peel. Expect plenty of juniper, a little fruit depth, and top notes of citrus and light spice.
